Simplifying login access and implementing new transactions flows

Project Overview
HSBC Mexico was in the process of migrating their main app to a new, global standard. However, specific laws from the country of origin make some processes a little more complicated to implement. As such, UX flows and copy for this version of the app need to be accomodated to help the user understand it better, and comply with local banking requirements by law.
My Contributions
I joined HSBC's project, initially, as support in copy writing. As new tasks and flows were defined from the business side, I had to jump in and aide in the development of low fidelity wireframes for the biometrics login implementation.
This work, as well as other user flows of various levels of complexity, begged the need to move to high fidelity alternatives. Thanks to clearly defined HSBC UI Guidelines, the process of implementing higher detail, and pixel perfect design, allowed for faster iteration and review.
