Project Overview
We conducted a UI/UX consultancy on Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge tool in order to provide support, guidance, and suggestions, based on pain points and insights gathered during the process. Plus determine and define improvement areas, conclusions and recommendations.
My Contributions
To achieve a proper solution to this need, working alongside a UX Lead, it was decided to conduct an Expert review, done through a basic Heuristic Analysis

My biggest challenge while conducting this review was that the Globant UX team had no access to the product. This meant we were tasked to review the Listing Concierge through a video demo recorded during the first phase of discovery. Being unable to review the flow fully, meant this demo was to be trusted as the essential current user experience.

A better understanding of the CB objectives and needs regarding the future redesign of LC platform was needed, as well as making a more qualitative approach to real users in order to understand their needs, routines and expectations.

This was achieved through a series of interviews and Usability Testing Sessions, where we observed how users behaved with the platform, understanding their motivations, reading between the lines, analyzing what they say and how they react.

Measurement of success was done through usability metrics, where we looked at the time it took a regular user to navigate through the whole flow of creating a new listing. The longer it took them, the less effective it was deemed the task done, and thus, in need of a reconception
